Located on the first waterfront line at Lake 0, this residential building is conceived as a strong architectural landmark shaped by landscape and climate. The inverted pyramid façade defines the project’s identity, creating generous terraces while visually lightening the upper volumes and opening views toward the lake.
The side façades are wrapped in a double wooden skin combined with integrated vegetation, forming a living envelope that filters sunlight, enhances privacy, and improves thermal comfort. This layered façade system softens the building’s presence while establishing a continuous dialogue between architecture and nature.
Through its sculptural form and bioclimatic approach, the project offers a contemporary residential environment where architecture, greenery, and waterfront living are seamlessly integrated.
