Located in Perle du Lac, one of Tunis’ most strategic and prestigious urban districts, this project is conceived as a mixed residential and office complex developed by La Société Tuniso-Koweitienne d’El Emar. It results from the acquisition of four adjacent plots—two dedicated to residential use and two allocated to office functions—allowing for a clear functional distribution while maintaining strong architectural unity.

The composition brings together a high-end residential building and a contemporary office building, both characterized by clean lines, generous glazing, and carefully articulated façades that establish a cohesive identity across the site. Active ground floors enhance urban interaction and accessibility, while two underground parking levels serve the entire complex, ensuring efficient circulation and uninterrupted surface continuity.
