The architecture is composed of low-rise, stone-clad volumes arranged along a central water channel, creating a strong linear axis that evokes traditional desert irrigation systems. Each unit opens onto shaded terraces with uninterrupted views of the vast desert horizon, offering privacy and immersion in the landscape.

The use of earthy materials, warm mineral tones, and horizontal forms allows the project to blend naturally with the arid environment, while palm trees and desert-adapted vegetation soften the composition and reinforce the oasis atmosphere.
