ARTEC is a space dedicated to creativity and experimentation in architecture and interior design.
For over three decades, the studio has been shaping architecture beyond construction, creating spaces rooted in human experience, culture, and context.
Based in Tunis, ARTEC has developed a strong presence across Africa and internationally, delivering more than 450 projects across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, private residential architecture, public and administrative buildings, office developments, and large-scale real estate and urban projects.
This diversity enables us to respond with agility to complex and varied programs, whether in new construction or in the rehabilitation of existing structures, always with a strong commitment to sustainable development.
Our approach considers architecture as a synthesis of design, technical expertise, and meaning, with each project carefully conceived to respond to its specific context, program, and users.
Our core team consists of 15 permanent professionals and is reinforced by additional specialized expertise depending on the nature and scale of each project.
To provide our clients and partners with comprehensive insights and rigorous solutions, we work in close collaboration with a network of specialized engineering and consulting firms.
Our design philosophy is centered on the optimization of space, allowing us to develop each project both holistically and in detail. This attention to detail is reflected not only in the architecture, but also in the interior design and decoration, which we integrate into most of our projects.
The agency’s scope of expertise is extensive, covering consulting, project programming, client advisory services, architectural and engineering studies, interior design, urban planning, construction supervision, and project management.
