Project description

This large-scale coastal development spans over 30 hectares in Khoms, Libya, directly facing the Mediterranean Sea. Conceived as an integrated seaside destination, the project combines hotels, serviced residences, and residential neighborhoods within a clear and structured masterplan.

The beachfront is organized around contemporary mid-rise hotel buildings with generous terraces and sea views, complemented by outdoor pools, landscaped plazas, a public esplanade, and a seaside pier. Residential clusters extend inland, arranged within green courtyards and palm-lined streets, offering a quieter living environment.

Designed as a self-sufficient coastal district, the development integrates hospitality, leisure, retail, and outdoor spaces, establishing a new reference for modern seaside living and tourism in Libya.
