The façades are shaped by deep balconies and recessed loggias that create depth, shadow, and rhythm, while offering residents generous outdoor extensions. Light mineral surfaces are contrasted with warm wooden elements and integrated greenery, blurring the boundary between architecture and nature and enhancing both comfort and identity.
