Designed to meet the client’s expectations, the Ketari Villa stands prominently on the Gammarth hillside. The project underwent several exceptional design refinements in order to highlight the villa’s presence during both day and night. It is a home created for everyday family life, while also offering warm and welcoming spaces for family gatherings and reunions.

The interior is spacious and open, with generous glazing that frames the greenery of Gammarth and views of the sea. This approach strengthens the relationship between the users and their environment and encourages a more meaningful connection with the surrounding landscape.

Most of the villa’s layout and interior features were carefully tailored to maintain coherence throughout the project. One example is the main suspended light fixture placed in the double-height living room, which serves as a unifying focal point.
